*And so begins another chapter/week of MDT. Ms. Ainur explains to us about the new assayment which is already related to User persona....

The third week in the Mastering Design Thinking course was dedicated to a deep understanding of the concept of User Persona. It is a tool widely used in design thinking and user experience (UX) design to help understand and empathize with the target audience.*

Key Components of User Persona Demographic Information: Age, gender, occupation, education level and other demographic details. Background and Context: Information about the user's background, experiences, and context that can influence their behavior and preferences. Goals and Motivations: The user's primary goals, ambitions, and motivations that drive their actions and decisions. Difficulties and Pain Points: Obstacles and difficulties the user may face in daily life or in relation to a product or service. Behaviors and Habits: Insights into how the user typically behaves, their preferences and habits related to the product or service.
